Jillian Rocks

We all know who Jillian Michaels is, one of Biggest Losers toughest trainers. She's successful and has helped many people achieve their fitness goals for a reason. There's one word to describe her: hardcore. And that is why I purchased one of her videos the other day.

My friend, Kim, has been doing her 30 Day Shred video and seems to be liking it. Another friend, Cas got her Abs video and also had great things to say. So when I saw her Yoga Meltdown video at Target the other day I knew I couldn't pass it up, and at $12 you can't really beat that. I couldn't wait to try it out, I did it the other night at 10pm I was so excited. And, let me tell you...it falls right along with all her other videos, it rocks. I felt great while doing it and felt like it was challenging me some. But it wasn't until midday on Sat (after doing the video Fri night) that it really hit me. And wowwiiii did it ever HIT me hard. Ohh the soreness. And I just kept getting more and more sore as the day progressed. And then I woke up on Sunday and could barely move. To me, that's how I know if it was a great workout - by how sore I am after. I think I like this video, just a tad. My goal is to keep it up a few times a week. And maybe by summer my arms and back will be more toned. Maybe. :) SOO, moral of the story is, if you're interested in a great workout video, try one of Jillian's!!

  1. I'm not normally a huge fan of yoga, but I can get this on the exercise on demand on our tv, so I think I'll have to give it a go. :) I'm glad that you're posting more! Hopefully I can manage doing the same.
